Packing: Wrapped by PE bag + paper white  box . Extra cost will be added for color box or other specified way of packing requested by customer.

Samples Lead Time: Normally, it take about 3-5 days for existed mold, but for special OEM items, it take about 5-7 days.

The sample charge can be refund after the goods production, the premise is quantity reach 1000, except for some specialcircumstances.(Shipping cost of samples will be payed by customers)

Ways to send samples : Should you need any samples,pls advise us your courier A/C# such as UPS/DHL/FEDERAL EXPRESS or others, then we will make arrangement accordingly.

Delivery: Normally,it takes about 40-60 days after receipt of your T/T or L/C as well as your samples approval.However, we can also expedite your order within 25-30 days upon request which subject to our final /confirm/iation.

Validity of Quotation : Within 30 days after issue date and may subject to change without prior notice.

A:Yes, we can design for you, please tell us your requirements ,let our designers do the rest.
 
5. Q: what kind of material can be printed on?
A : Artpaper gives the best performance of color and design. We also can provide other special paper like real leather , pu leather , fabric ,wooden and paper , etc.
 
6. Q:Is it possible to get a free sample?
A:Yes, STOCK samples are FREE, but shipping cost U COLLECT. We could also customize sample for you, the specific price will be confirmed based on the sample’s workmanship. The sample fee will be REFUNDED if we have a further cooperation in the future.
 
7. Q: How long can I get this sample?
A : After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being /confirm/ied, the sample time is 5-7 days and express delivery usually needs around 5-10 days.
 
8.Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1000pcs. Different material, size and workmanship, the MOQ will be changed.
 
9. Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
A: All of our products are customized according to customer’s demand, so we have no standard lines available from stock.
